Our company is currently seeking a full time Business Development Associate to join our highly successful team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling business consulting services, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industries, but candidates with experience prospecting for business consulting services will also be accepted.
The day-to-day responsibilities include marketing calls, prospecting, client development, business intelligence research, presenting company services and solutions, identifying client needs, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
We are looking for someone not just to make marketing calls, but to learn about our business, contribute and take a vested interest in continuing to help our organization grow.
Your primary responsibility will be building new business and follow-up with existing accounts. Our clients represent their organizations at the highest level (presidents, vice presidents, directors, etc.), have buying authority and/or have significant influence on the decision to evaluate and proceed with our services. Therefore, it is critical that you possess a professional attitude, demeanor, and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing our business solutions, and be able to react to client responses appropriately and skillfully.

Also, you must have the passion to continually learn new technology/solutions, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-driven and resourceful, or have a proven track record of account development and management.
The position offers a competitive base salary plus a generous commission package, holidays, PTO and reimbursement for office expenses.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years experience selling business consulting solutions
Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred
Private home office, with phone service, internet and email service provider.
Residence in the Cincinnati, OH area is preferred, but will accept other locations from qualified candidates.
Flexible hours may be required at times to cover prospecting and/or marketing campaigns for U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Europe and additional international locations.
Some travel may be required as necessary for trade shows, partner conferences, client projects, training, etc.
