Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Union, CPG, Food, Beverage, Continuous Improvement, CI. Proven leadership skills are a requirement for this position in a union manufacturing facility. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree required; Engineering preferred.
Required skills:
• 2+ years experience leading a team of production members;
• Continuous Improvement experience;
• Solid technical abilities;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• The ability to prioritize, organize and lead change;
• Experience with consumer products, food, or beverage is a plus;
• Union experience is a plus.
